This historic building is most definitely a gem in Lower Nob Hill. I absolutely love the little details and the central location--can't beat it. It's not every day that you find a well-priced studio apartment with a concierge, laundry on-site, wood flooring, and new elevators. I sincerely appreciate Elton Le's kindness and attentiveness over the years at Gaylord. Whenever I have needed any kind of help, Elton has been willing and able to take the time out of his day to call, email, and/or meet with me in person to discuss my needs. Thank you so much, Elton!

I want to give a big shoutout to Gaylord Suites resident handyman, Neio Christopher Calata. He is a hard working, respectful, reliable, and kind gentleman. I am incredibly thankful for him and his time/support over the years with whatever fix or help Ive needed in my apartment. Thank you so much, Neio! My stay at Gaylord wouldnt have been as lovely without your consistent and reliable help and kindness.

I currently have lived here for 3 months. I really like the neighborhood. Its really safe and clean building. As a young gay man I love the autonomy of having my own apartment!
