Our issue wasnt with the rooms or the location but with the service when they would not refund our booked room.
I experienced a medical emergency where I was hospitalized for 3 days total, but was still 72 hours in advance of our reservation at this hotel. Because of the hospitalization, we were would not be able to make it to our original booking. We booked through Expedia and when we tried for a refund we found out that the hotel refused to give us any refund. This was no fault of Expedia. They Refused even after they were notified that our cancellation was due to a medical emergency. Very disappointing. Keep this in mind when booking here.

I CANNOT TELL YOU ABOUT THE INSIDE AREA OR THE ROOMS, I HAVE NOT BEEN INSIDE, HOWEVER THE OUTSIDE AREA IS SLAM PACK ON THE WEEKENDS WITH A PEOPLES FLEA MARKET THAT RUNS FROM CENTER OF BLOCK BETWEEN 14TH AND 15TH ALL THE WAY TO 16TH STREET BART AREA
