I'd strongly recommend this Verizon store in the city without reservation. Alfonso Blanco and his team has demonstrated what an outstanding customer experience looks like on the floor, and more importantly, they have a wealth of knowledge in the host of products they carry at the store and a strong sense of troubleshooting. At the time of the visit, they helped and solved specifically was data transferring from old phone to newly upgraded phone. They stayed after closing hours until the data transfer was completely finished. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer experience and would, again, swing by when an issue arise.

Refused to refund my prepaid account that I wanted to cancel, even though the website clearly says I can get a refund within 14 days, and a customer service rep at the call center even said I could by going in to the store. After getting refused at the store, I called customer service again and they confirmed that the store can refund my credit card. That rep offered to mail me a check instead, since the employees at this store were to stubborn to do so.
