This place is horrible. They are supposed to help us make money. Not cost us money. Very unprofessional. We have a business account and it's been nothing but a nightmare. I am seriously thinking about picketing the store front here. The store employee that set us up lied and didn't process the transaction properly. They have been over charging us and it took 9 hrs. For them to realize the "the business rep" we were assigned can help with absolutely nothing. The corporate overseas morons don't understand English. I know I am not the only one that's had trouble. The finally sent an email apologizing and giving us a $1,500 credit. They said we wouldn't have a bill for a few months. Then a disconnect notice came and I have had to pay an employee a total of 13 hrs. Dealing with them. None of them will listen. They were mentioning they were going to fire the employee that lied. We dont want the kid to get in trouble. We just want to get taken care of like we deserve. We have the email and everything. Argh!
