First off this review is for a specific sales manager goes by the name of Gian who supposedly does not have business cards so he just writes them down see photo attached on this review so I was wanting to switch from my old carrier to Verizon because I was recommended by a family member who currently has Verizon I came in towards closing time just to get a ball park of a estimate of what kind of plans and pricing they had to offer so I would just come back the next day or so and make the switch on a earlier time so things wouldnt be rushed but they wanted me to sign up right then and there for some reason !! So the manager Gian has a really aggressive tone of voice the way he try to down talk to customers and act like customers dont know anything well thats where he got it all wrong this guy try to be slick and added is what he called it in his own words Ghost Line with out asking me or my authorization to do so and when I started asking him detailed questions about whats going on he called me a dog talking all ghetto to me and Im sure they have video surveillance and audio recordings in the store I dont know what that manager issue was but where is your respect or your professionalism towards your customers ?
