4/1/2024 update. 4 stars **** Thank you Budget corporate client relations for emailing me back and removed the fuel charge. Bring back the FastBreak express check in and this could be a 5-star review. 3/31/2023 3 stars *** Returned car with full tank of gas as I already fueled up at nearby gas station but my final receipt still shows fuel service charge. I will petition to have this fuel service charge removed. No express lane for FastBreak members during pickup.

Car booked was over 1 hour late, counter staff more concerned with upselling insurance and other services than the delay and its impact on our holiday. Completely missold the full tank service - was told there were no local gas stations and I later discovered there were several within 1 mile! Much better service with another booking from the Hertz branch round the corner - worth paying the extra couple of dollars!

We were scammed out of over $150 in charges from the LA branch we took out the car from. Sadly when returning the vehicle to this branch, the employees didnt help us fix the issue. Initially they couldnt (or wouldnt) even explain what the charges were and said twice that a manger would be in touch, but of course they just wanted us out of the branch and we never heard from the manager. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THIS BRANCH. Never experienced anything like this. I honestly dont know how they are still in business.

Vitaly was so great andfriendly! He made the entire process super easy, while keeping usentertained. He took great care of us! If only we could rent a car from him every time!
