I've lived at kirkham heights for 1 year and it has been the best apartment you could ask for. I'm a young girl living alone and I've always felt safe here, even walking around at night. The area is quiet, clean, and has the best view. I'm incredibly sad to be moving but I'm hoping to move back in the future. Kate is so helpful and made everything smooth and easy. I'd definitely recommend anyone to live here.

Property is very nice, with great views and everything kept in good condition. Neighborhood very quiet. Property management is friendly and easy to work with.

I loved living at Kirkham Heights. The apartments are quiet and pet friendly. On site laundry and maintenance makes it easy to live here, in addition to covered parking that is affordable. Kate in the office is particularly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend living at KH!

Highly recommend this apartment complex! Perfect location, quiet area with beautiful views and the apartments are in great condition. Management is very helpful, attentive and kind. Had a wonderful experience with Kirkham Heights.
