Etta Apartments

We moved in about 2 months ago and our experience here has been amazing before and after the move in. Phi (the resident manager) is amazing with the move in help and even when something went wrong in the unit, the maintenance team is very quick to help and fix the issue! I want to thank Jordan from the maintenance team for amazing customer support and expertise in fixing everything. Thank you 🙏🏼

Have lived here for 8 years. Moved in 2013 when the building was brand new. This was home and I loved every day I lived here. Really sad to leave. The apartment was sold twice while I lived here. Building management was under a lot of stress during COVID. Things could've been a little better. BUT everything turned amazing. Sarah, Phi and Jordan do a fantastic job. Always a step ahead and very response. Will miss them and the building dearly!

We've been very satisfied with our experiences so far at ETTA. The staff is outright amazing: attentive, responsive and always helpful! Fi and Sarah have all the answers to our questions/inquiries and Jordan is just a superman jack-of-all-trades. Frankly I don't know how his team of one handles so many requests with such speed and accuracy! Very grateful to these folks that make our qualify of living so enjoyable in this building!

I've lived at Etta for over a year and have loved my experience so far. The building is clean and very well maintained thanks to Phi (Community Manager) and Jordan (Maintenance Manager), who are both incredibly friendly and always happy to help. In particular, I'd like to highlight how helpful Jordan has been. I've had a few issues with my dishwasher / garbage disposal throughout my time here and Jordan has been very proactive and quick to respond to any maintenance tickets. Moreover, he always goes above and beyond to ensure that tenants have the best possible experience at Etta. Thank you, Phi and Jordan, for making my time at Etta such a positive experience!

The staff goes above and beyond! That's what the Etta staff has been conducting even before I moved and turned into a resident here, while I had a very unusual interstate move process this year that involved a fully remote walkthrough of the apartment, amenities, and community spaces. I also needed some extra help to coordinate the moving truck and my arrival, Phi was really helpful and answered every question I had to help me to execute all the logistics related to the move and coordinate everything to be on time and place. He continuously exceeds expectations and always makes sure that you feel at home and well taken care of. I'm very happy to be in a fairly new building, concrete walls, and they keep it very clean. The community is very friendly, welcoming, and polite. This is a big difference from my previous apartment back in Dallas, Texas.
