        So far my experience with the Avalon Hayes community has been fantastic. Devyn was a tremendous help while touring to find the best fit for me. She has been nothing short of compassionate and thoughtful when helping with my recent move and any issues that may have come up on the way. Definitely would recommend Devyn and Avalon Haynes.

        My experience living at Avalon Hayes Valley was satisfactory but far from the lifestyle that they advertise. I honestly feel they just prioritize their profitability. I was charged $300 for "cleaning and painting" after moving out even after making sure the place was impeccable to avoid these fees. I wouldve been happy to pay that if they had been attentive to their residents, but there were many ongoing issues while I lived there. The malfunctioning trash chutes and the unlocked trash containers left in the street for days led to unpleasant odors and also contributed to street litter. Ironically, they had the nerve to increase trash fees. Additionally, the lack of upkeep extended to the gym equipment and elevator, falling far from the expected state of the amenities. While luxury complexes typically justify higher rents with top-notch amenities, Avalon Hayes Valley falls short in this regard, showcasing signs of wear and tear rather than offering a premium living experience. I advise potential renters to explore alternative options.
