To respond to the owner. None of my review is false. I wrote only what I experienced. Very slow response on maintenance request and most staff are unprofessional. Some staff are nice and helpful but most not. Updates 9/12: for at least two months, I have no hot water in my bathroom for almost every night. I call the resident service and they said it’s not an emergency so they can’t help. They also ask me to let the water run for at least 20 minutes to get hot water. You guess what? I still don’t have any hot water after an hour. (I know it’s the waste of water and I am sorry but I just can’t help with that!) The worst apartment ever. I wish I can break the lease and move out if I have a choice Rats everywhere! Saw a rat running in the hallway on the first day I moved in. I ignored it because I thought I won’t affect me anyway because I live on the fourth floor. But starting from 4 months ago, I can hear the rats running around either on my ceiling, in air conditioner, and on top of my bathroom. Today, I even saw a rat running in my kitchen and even a dead one appears in my toilet! I tried to ask for help but does not works out at all. So after I wrote this review they finally have someone come to help me and they caught three Rats from the ceiling of my bathroom and still not sure if there are more

I was gonna hold off on writing a review for this place since I’ve had a mostly positive experience, but the recent issue with the WiFi has convinced me otherwise They may put on a nice front, events almost daily, friendly staff, but it’s a mess behind the scenes. I made 2 calls to resident services and 1 maintenance request when the WiFi went out since I thought it may be an isolated event. It was only when I physically went to resident services that I was told it had been an issue for 2 days prior to me walking in. Even worse, it took them until the next day to send out a notice about the WiFi being down… on their Instagram page, not even an email. Not only is the massive disorganization among their staff unprofessional, but the fact that it took them 3 days to send out a notice about the WiFi, especially during a period of time where ALL CLASSES ARE ONLINE makes it that much worse. Why they felt it appropriate to wait 3 days to call the internet provider about it is beyond me, especially since it’s arguably the most crucial amenity to have at this time. If you’re looking for a place with organized staffing and swift response time I’d highly recommend looking somewhere else.

They will charge you a lot after you leave, even you clean the room very hard and better than the one when you moved in. Also, it will charge you for the damage already there.
