        Ive been living here for about 3 months now and it has been a really good experience. The leasing office staff is friendly and I must acknowledge the maintenance staff too. During a recent maintenance request, I had Vince come over and take a look at the problem. He was super nice and took care of the problem in no time.

        I had to put in a few maintenance request and they were all completed within 24-48 hours. Shoutout to Vince for the great service! I had a few issues in the bathroom and some in the living space, he came in and fixed them all up quick!

        Vince is the most superb facilities management person Ive encountered in my years of renting. He is efficient and effective in his repairs. Im impressed with the money he must save the company due to his approach to repairs. And, hes personable!
