Just toured the place and must say the high ratings doesnt do this place justice. Everything was immaculate from the grounds to the amenities. We didnt get to meet the staff but I gather theyre just as nice as the complex and the surround area. A true hidden gem right here and I look forward to staying here when my lease is up. Thanks for the beauty !

We have been living here for about 6 months now, and our experience living here has been great. The staff, both the the housing office and maintenance workers, are responsive, professional, and have a warm presence that creates a sense of community. Their professionalism extends beyond just the smooth move in process. If there is ever an issue that needs to be addressed, we can count on all of the staff to respond appropriately and promptly. There is a short trail just outside of the complex (marked "Stonecrest Village Trail" on google maps) that goes around the larger neighborhood, and we enjoy daily walks with our dogs there. While being close to shopping areas, highways and downtown, this provides a feeling of quiet and solitude that is hard to find near apartment complexes. I don't usually write reviews like this, but the staff here really deserve it!

Last week, woke up and discovered my driver was broken. When I was at work, I put in a service request and in just 45 minutes Jesus replaced it BY HIMSELF(second floor). Also, the management is super responsive on the all at home app. Thank you Jesus

I had an excellent overall experience living at Arcadia apartment complex. The management team was always friendly, approachable and responsive to my needs. The property was well-maintained, and I appreciated the amenities like the pool, outdoor grills, hot tub, and fitness center. I would like to especially point out Gabe and Jesus for being so incredibly helpful and responsive in terms of maintenance. They went above and beyond on multiple accounts. In fact, they helped me quickly to remove and install a new lock so that I could make it to work on time. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful place to call home and will miss living here!
