Horrible experience.
Had an appointment there this morning. Got stuck in traffic on freeway.
Called them to let them know I would be a little late.
Arrived 3 minutes after their arbitrary deadline. They tagged me as a 'no show' and declined to evaluate me.
I'm a 73 year old, Disabled Veteran in a wheel chair.
Their office is NOT ADA compliant.
I had trouble getting through the front door with someone holding it open. The threshold is significantly raised and combined with a narrow heavy door a major impediment to my access.
I could not do it alone.
I then got slammed in the side by a hallway door directly across from the entrance in the narrow hallway that opened into the hallway..
Finally, I got hung up on the threshold trying to leave. It required two people to get me through the doorway.
So much for taking care of our Veterans.
They did give me a Hearty, "Thank you for your service." as I was struggling to get through the doorway. They didn't bother to attempt to help.

I had my VA C&P exam taken here and I must say my experience was truly amazing. Normally my VA appts are just in and out like nothing really happens but this was different. I came in early and was seen well before my scheduled time. Dr Churukian really took the time to carefully go over my disabilities. He was very professional, considerate and even provided some advice on how to take care of my disabilities. Seagate Medical Group really is doing everything right with their patients. If I do need more exams, I would definitely try to be seen here. Keep up the great work everyone.

I just had my first VA appointment here, and have a few more over the next two weeks at the same location. I showed up about 5 minutes early, had my paperwork taken, and sat in my seat for maybe 10 seconds before being called back. My provider was already in the room, and we got started immediately. The whole process took under 20 minutes for this appointment. I couldn't believe how quickly this moved, which was great, so that I could get back to work and on with the rest of my day. Thank you so much for operating so efficiently and for being respectful of our time. Looking forward to the same experience at my other appointments at this office!

I have my scheduled appointment with them through the VA, and they have went above and beyond in providing me all of the details and instruction I need to fully feel they are taking care of me and my conditions. All of the appointments were scheduled on the same day and it made it convenient for me since I have no time to spare with work. The constant communications is as good as it can get and I am looking forward to my appointment with their team.
