Children's Primary Care Medical Group Carmel Valley

I want to say that the doctors here are excellent!  at least 3 doctors we had helped and fulfilled our requests.  I'm sorry to give 1 star because of the disgusting staff at the front desk (especially one not young woman).  STOP DEMANDING MASKS FOR LITTLE CHILDREN!!!!!  you do nothing else but make children wait outside the door who refuse to wear a muzzle.  This is child abuse!  I won't let anyone put anything on my baby!  all restrictions lifted , including the state of emergency , but you continue to bark at people !  You take the time to keep track of who is wearing a muzzle and who is not, but do not take the time to answer calls or messages with important requests!  I ask you to hire more adequate staff who will stop discriminating against children who do not want to wear masks!  Hire those who will be attentive to calls and messages and not to who and how puts on muzzles.  Thank you !

Choosing a pediatrician is so incredibly important. I have to say Dr. Mina Wasson is absolutely the best pediatrician. Intuitive, intelligent, warm, discerning, engaged, involved, thorough and knowledgeable beyond compare. She just "gets"it,  her assessment and diagnoses are spot on. She just knows. We had an appointment today and I sat there wishing that 56 year old's like me could still go to a pediatrician so I could be Dr. Wasson's patient. She is simply the best.

they telling you to come 10 minutes before and then I wait another 20 in the lobby. And another 15 minutes at the dr room. So plan an hour plus at the dr In the morning They will make you wait even longer sometimes I ended there 2+ hours before Ive seen the dr Not the kind of service you expect to get from a children Dr . Long wait hours Not friendly stuff at the front desk They dont care about parents that has other arrangement after the doctor appointment . Thats what made me leave with my four children Dont waste your time with this location!!!!

We have been members of children's primary care for about a decade they're convenient Carmel Valley locations has always been a draw as well as their extra hours that they offer in case of minor emergencies we were first patient of Dr. Wilson and now of Dr. Fishman both, and Dr Fishman in particular  are extraordinary with her knowledge and Dr. Fishman has wonderful bedside manner and always makes our children feel at great easeMy real reason for writing this review is the office staff. Over  the years they have been so helpful and accommodating and very recently Yolie in particular has helped me with impromptu visits, changing visits and just helping a stressed and frustrated dad get his kids to the doctors immediately for school forms vaccinations etc. her customer care and professionalism is unparalleled and she is a credit to this organization

I drive from imperial valley to bring our son / short wait time - treat us and our baby very cell. Can text to make an appointment. Extended office hours - very efficient with love Dr Stuart
