Dr K is phenomenal ! She explains everything in detail, is so kindhearted , treats you with respect and compassion. Her entire crew makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in 5 stars doesnt do this woman owned business justice !

I have been a patient here on and off for several years. The reason I give them 1 star is the customer service. I have had several appointments where they have had me waiting in a room for over an hour. I received an apology and understood the first time. The second and third time was a bit much. My most recent experience was with the customer service over the phone. There was a misunderstanding with a lab order and I am in the medical field and last I checked you needed a doctors signature for blood work. Apparently I was wrong? However instead of informing I was mistaken I was treated with the utmost disrespect from 3 different employees. Heads-up find a place that wants to keep their customers and is will to help not criticize. And function on time.
