        I went to their location on google! Turn out its the wrong address! Ever thought its in there website! Went to the new address, the older women on the front desk was very rude, unhappy. She refused to do DOT medical card! Asked me to come back later. I asked what time she said she dont know come back later with so disrespectful tone! I asked if I can make appointment for tomorrow she said no! Im not happy at all with all the disrespect from the front desk miserable old lady! I had to take my business somewhere else. Highly avoid this place.
