The front desk staff was very unwelcoming and condescending. I heard them talking about other clients they were annoyed of and they were very short and unresponsive. My appointment was at 2pm- I wasnt seen until until 3 I was 2 minutes late because of the fee for parking they dont warn you about, but they took everyone who came in after me before taking myself. It mightve not been their fault, but if one thing is forsure the way the front desk receptionist treat people is terrible

Dr. Dunnums office staff is outstanding, takes walk-ins And takes care of people first and gets the job done. very good.

Everyone with a complaint should pull together and take this place to the medical board. It is very clear that this place is there to protect the company and not the injured worker. I myself have a few facts about the service or lack there of, Id have to imagine that there are so many like us who have noticed this place should be shut down and never again have the ability to place dollars over the health of the working man. I have two situations where after seeing this guy I went to a real doctor, one who actually had my best interest in mind and heart and both times found his diagnosis sub par. One of those times his diagnosis was absolutely 100% wrong, a diagnosis he made over the phone as he wasnt even in the office at the time. He actually had the same lady that was answering phones at the front desk evaluate me while he was who knows where on speaker phone. His evaluation made him who knows how much money while at the same time initially cost me my ability to get workmans comp while I was written out of work for two months completely by two other doctors. This place in my opinion is absolutely trash. It needs to be shut down. Anyone interested should reach out to me so we can pull together and get this place shut down.
