Had to get some HVAC work done on my place and needed someone who knew how to work around some problem areas in my house. This place came out to give a decent quote and could do the work soon. I used them and was really happy about it. Now I have AC in all parts of my home- a happy camper.

I was having an issue with my AC where there was a pretty bad smell coming out of it. I wasn't sure what the issue was so I called and they seemed nice and really cared about the issue. They were able to get me in within 2 days which was a lot better than a couple other companies I called. He was professional and adhered to all the Covid protocols. He thoroughly inspected the AC and I didn't get the feeling that he was just there to make some quick money and get out. After about 90 minutes of work it seems like the problem is fixed. I appreciated the honesy from them and their quotes were a lot more reasonable than some of the really big companies I talked to. I will for sure work with them in the future.

If I can give zero star then I will give them zero star. In short, they have really bad communication, lots of delay and a lot of mistakes during installations. I want to install a new hvac system for my place and I asked them to come to get a estimate in June. They first say they will be available to come for installation in about 4 weeks. Later when I actually try to make apt they said it will be mid August. I asked the guy who came for estimation he said and I quote "We have hired 4 new guys so all the apt will be move forward as expected." But no, my apt didn't get move forward even I kept asking. But that's okay, I know there is a shortage in labor currently so I let it slide. Then the day before my actual apt, they called me said they cannot make it and my installation has to be pushed to mid September. I asked them if they have any backup team could come because I have remodeling going on in my place, my contractor was waiting for them to finish installing HVAC so they could install floors and fix dry wall. They said they have NO backup team at all so if you have any emergency repair it's unlikely they will have anyone their for you :) Then on the day they come to install my HVAC system in September, they left without finishing it and didn't let me know what's going on. I have to call their office to know what's going on. Basically they have to come another day to fix the wiring. In order to fix that problem, they had open up my wall and cabinet which my contractor just fixed and installed. It left ugly marks on the wall and celling even after my contractor try to patch it up. If they could come the date they promised, non of these would be there. Guess how long it takes from the day I asked them to come for a estimate to the day they actually finish install everything. It was 3 month :) How efficient. And they don't replace the vent cover which I think all other company will replace those when you install a new hvac system. The guy come to fix HVAC system says he will give me several new ones as a gift (I still haven't got them yet) When he came the second time, I asked him about the cover, he said (as joke) I already had to pay extra $700 for your wall and celling so hahahaha. I mean PLEASE YOU SHOULD HAVE PAY MORE. I wasted about a month and have to pay for extra rent / utility / storage unit. Meanwhile, they don't even want to get those vent cover installed. So please avoid them if you can. Service: Installation

Steve Erwin, Brandon Vacketta and Kyle Brummitt at Action Commercial HVAC are beyond professional! They "listen" to your concerns and then develop an "Action" plan ( yes pun intended) to service , you the customer's needs. Our HVAC system is over 17 years old thus we needed expert advice and inspection of our system. With a forecast of a major heat wave in the next few days, it was impairative to have the system serviced. Steve came out and spearheaded the plan. Brandon followed up, both by email and via the telephone, scheduling our service for the very next day! Kyle responded and performed the inspection and service. He was very honest and professional, never attempting to "upcharge" us for any unnecessary repairs. He even reached out to Brandon to discuss the system's status, which both gentlemen concluded was in fine shape for its age. Kyle showed us his findings and gave our system a thumbs up for the upcoming summer season. He reassured us that if we have any problems in the near future, Action will respond in a timely manner! Both Steve and Brandon are aware, when we replace our HVAC system, Action is our choice! Thank you all very much! Service: HVAC maintenance
