        We had an issue with backup drains. It was 9pm and didn't think we could get any help. Gil called us a few minutes later and said he can be at our home in 30 minutes. He showed up in 30 minutes and was very friendly and professional. Assessed the situation and came up with a solution. Very knowledgeable and he even said he would follow up with a phone call in a day or two. Thanks for the prompt service even at late hours.
