Found American Ace Plumbing via Yelp. Contact Fred for a shower drain unblocking at 8am. He was able to come same day time window between 11am and 2pm. He texted when he was on his way and arrived just after 11. Clean truck, organized tools and supplies and wore shoe covers to protect the floors. I appreciate the little things. Fred and a crew member got to work and snaked the drain. He had an industrial size powered auger that could go 60ft. He got a handful of hair and gunk from the shower drain. Fred tested it thoroughly and unfortunately there still seemed to be a block. He then proceeded to snake the bathroom sink and went pretty deep there too. He estimated about 40-45 feet. There were some nervous moments when the line seemed stuck but it came out eventually. He also collected a bunch of hair from the sink line. He explained that all the drain lines meet up and thats why he ran the shower, sink, and bathtub taps to see if they all drained properly and didnt back up the shower drain. Job done! Fred and his helper were professional and took the effort to lay down rags, buckets, and plastic sheets to keep surfaces protected and clean. Had to pay extra for the sink snaking but it was understandable. Fair pricing overall. They accept cash, check, and Zelle. After my own attempts to remedy the situation, it was clearly a job for the pros. Im glad I contacted Fred and American Ace Plumbing. Like most of the other reviews here, very happy with the service and would recommend them 100%.

Fred has been fixing my AC, water heater and plumbing issues for past 10 years. He has always been on time and responsive and the cost has always been fair. He also tries to find the best way to fix the issues with less damages. For example, we recently had a pipe leak and the easy way to fix it was to break shower tiles but he put extra effort to fix the issue through a small cut in the drywall instead of thousands of dollars damage to our shower. Highly recommended.

Really appreciated their help when our water heater tank started leaking. Had a guy out here within a couple of hours to assess what was going on (at first it wasnt obvious where the leak was coming from), and installed a new tankless system the next day. Couldnt ask for more from a plumbing service.

I've never done a tankless water heater flush before. Ours is due, and glad that I came across their service. The job is straightforward. Fred showed up on time, set up his kit, and all was done in about 45 min. Spent time chatting with him during the cleaning process. Seem like a very nice and respectable professional. I recommend Fred if you need the same service. Very reasonable pricing as well! Other quotes I received were surprisingly high.
