I had a positive experience with TL services, who was contracted through my home warranty to fix my air conditioning. The technician quickly diagnosed it as a bad capacitor and replaced it right away. Super friendly and professional.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AMERICAN HOME SHIELD SCHEDULED SERVICE WITH THESE GUYS. CONTRACTOR CAME CHECKED FREON LEVEL AND TOLD ME ITS LEAKING AND WHEN I ASKED FROM WHERE HE SAID HE DON'T KNOW AND THEY HAVE TO REPLACE UNIT. AND HE TOLD AHS THAT LEAKING IS DUE TO SPRINKLERS. I DON'T HAVE ANY SPRINKLERS AROUND UNIT AND NO PLANTS AND I HAVE NO RUST. ITS SCAM THESE GUYS JUST WANT UR MONEY BUT DON'T WANT TO DO ANY SERVICE. LAZY PPL. ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE,

These guys installed a new furnace. They did it out of code. I reported them to the Contractors Board. The owner (Tigran) called me repeatedly, even though I requested he only correspond via text, and he threatened me with law suits and insults. The contractors board told me he was not reporting his employees thus committing workman's compensation fraud. The contractors board sent a review tech to look at the install and I got most of my money back. They don't know proper code installation or basic business ethics.
