It's a great place to stay if you are coming into town, much cheaper than a hotel. Or, it's a great place to stay if you need economical housing. The facilities are more good to very good. They are in the process of remodeling the rooms, laminate flooring, new mattresses, dressers, and new flat screens. They also have free wireless. I'm in a remodeled room. The only things keeping it from "excellent" flat screen could be larger for visually impaired and larger refrigerator (no freezer space, 2 1/2 cft). No a/c but that is a easy fix if you are long-term and in a room that doesn't get much air flow. Staff is awesome, especially the management staff. Overall, today begins my 3rd week and I am extremely pleased, safe and secure.

while i usually do not make complaints on places i figured i would give this place what it deserves. my experience there was the most horrible experience ever not only is there roaches and possibly rats there yes i said rats, but the staff has horrible customer service they think they can talk to you however they want just because they think your just another bum, drug dealer, or junky off the street. This one guy in particular named bill was the worse he was rude to my fiance when she was potentially having a stroke and then when i went to confront him he told me to f*%$k off and that if i didnt leave his desk he would call the police(Being that i was a tenant there i dont see how he could possibly do that but ok).I am now currently putting in a lawsuit to get my money back from this man and i will do whatever i have to get justice ive gone to the better buisness bureau, health department, and small claims court to get this matter resolved. Do NOT GO THERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES WAKING YOU UP, A RUDE STAFF THREATENING TO ARREST YOU IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE THERE DESK, AND HORRIBLE FACILITYS.i will add however that there were a couple of staff members who were nice including caroyl and vanessa.
