This place has HORRIBLE staff here Priscilla at front desk is RUDE! I room I was in cards where not programmed right the TV didn't work, the maintenance guy even agreed w me when I mentioned the attitude Priscilla has at front desk.  If you make a reservation on Expedia and agree to pay day of check in the hotel staff will automatically ha the card you have in file w Expedia, which this has never happened before w any other places I have booked w in Expedia.  DO NOT STAY HERE!

Priscilla at the front desk was horrific. Not only was she rude, sarcastic, and seemed to be wearing makeup that was days old, she lied to us about room availability when we wanted to check in at 3 pm vs 3:30pm. Somehow, 15 minutes later, when a young man arrived he was able to choose from a plethora of ready & available rooms.Next, the keys did not work not once but twice. Only one ice machine was working, the bathroom towels were filthy, the sink was clogged,the shower pressue was non existant, the bathtub was covered in rust, and the TV did not work until maintenance had to come and fix the cables.The entire facility reeked of Marijuana. Anytime you entered the parking lot, it was like being on set for a Snoop Dogg music video.We were in town for a family event and chose This hotel based on it seeming like a family friendly location in a Central spot. The photos are misleading. It is a pretty dirty location with trash and transients everywhere.

I'm writing this review at 3 in the morning, laying in what is easily the last comfortable bed I've been in since I spent a night on a jail cell floor.
The front door doesn't seal all the way, even when locked, so I get a delightful whistling sound every time there's even so much as a mild breeze.
The back window has a lovely view of a parking garage that's lit up like a super nova, so even with the blinds closed there's entirely too much light coming in to sleep.
Speaking of the blinds, there are teeth marks on them for some reason. Do the blinds taste good? I don't know, but someone obviously tried to have a bite or three.
The pillows come in two options; a brick of cotton that's about as comfortable as your parents talking to you about their intimacy issues, or a pillow so soft and unsupportive that it's more of a concept than an actual tangible object.
The bathroom sink doesn't drain. The shower temperature drops and rises. The bathroom window gets stuck so people in the aforementioned parking garage get a free show.
But at least the staff is nice!

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY ARE CHARGING YOUR CARD SMALL AMOUNTS WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. THE GIRL AND MAN AT THE FRONT ARE USING YOUR INFORMATION. HAD TO CALL MY BANK AND BLOCK THEM FROM PROCESSING ANYTHING ELSE ON MY CARD. HUNG UP IN NY FACE. DO NOT STAY HERE. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 1/5 More
