        Had last minute wedding alterations done - was done in less than 12 hours.

        Made an appointment, then saw online that they don’t alter wedding dresses purchased outside of Nordstrom. I called alterations department to confirm and was told to come and bring the dress so they can take a look. I came in today and put the dress on to only be told by the others that they never alter wedding dresses that were not purchased in Nordstrom and its their strict policy. Thanks for wasting my time. I spent 2 hours traveling back and forth and talking to people there while I could be doing other wedding errands. I do not have tolerance for parties who simply fail to communicate their policies to their staff.

      We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.
