Ruined my NSU top with some type of grease stain, and refused to take any type of responsibility. Says it must have been there beforehand, ( but nobody when I dropped it off had said anything or mentioned it might not come out, which I know it wasnt there) or I had something in my pocket when they pressed it, but couldnt provide what was in the pocket. So even if there was something, they stole whatever property I had inside of it. I dont care about the top, but the lack of accountability or any type of resolution is astounding. The lady had a 3rd grader response akin to Nuh uh! Wasnt me!

Had to drop off some uniforms and it only took 6 minutes, the staff was very helpful and nice.

Called asking if they do alterations or repairs. Monotoned robotic woman said "Ahhhh, we no longer do that now. Not sure when we're going to do it again". Do better and make this an option. It's all good though. My $ will go elsewhere.
