Hertz Car Rental - Otay - Tijuana Airport CBX Terminal

I would give it ZERO STARS if possible, worst experience in my life I rent a car yesterday at CBX to return in LA today and they charged me $1046.29 for "5 days" of rent + tons of extra fees for returned it "late". Tried to get it fix at LA location and they could not do anything because it was "CBX location fault", tried to contact CBX location but could not find a phone number for it and couple customer reps told me that is not phone at CBX location only "in person services". Long story short if I want my money back have to drive 6+ hours to CBX and maybe I'll get it.

TERRIBLE. When i Call, no answer. no support. No one to talk to. They will offer things they dont have and leave you hanging. Nobody takes responsibility. I warn anybody to stay away from this hertz. Never have i seen such bad customer service. Nobody in this company cares.

FRAUDSTERS. We booked our car directly with Hertz, and a confirmation email was received. When we reached the terminal they informed us they could actually see our booking online, yet not on their system (it's a franchise, apparently). After 2h discussions, they gave us the car as per the booking's T&C, yet once the car was returned (to the location specified on the booking), they claimed we had returned it to the wrong location, and 3 weeks later charged us 4.000 USD. Simply no words. I insist this was ALL managed through Hertz website (no intermediaries). There is only one way to describe these people: FRAUDSTERS/ESTAFADORES. Legal action has been initiated against them. Do NOT book with this company, the bad reviews are there for a reason.
