Ava

Ava PB is an amazing place to live! The residents are great, the amenities are well maintained, and they have a beyond wonderful staff. Dennis, Eduard and the rest of the maintenance crew have always been so helpful and accommodating when it comes to everything we've needed them to do for our apt. We are so grateful for all their continuous hard work to keep everything cleaned and looking great. Keep up the hard work!

AVA Apartments is stellar--all around the best apartment complex I have ever moved into. It has everything you need, and the price - given the distance to the beach - is incredibly reasonable. The staff is super friendly and will go out of their way to help you with anything. Specificially, Alex Grajeda (an employee) has been extremely helpful in navigating the leasing process and provided me with valuable information during my application process. AVA should seriously consider rewarding him in some way, as he went beyond the call-of-duty to help me out!
