        Terrible customer service, my refrigerator didnt work so I called them, they told me wait on the phone, then said that my case is not emergency after hour , I asked can you tell me what is emergency cases so I wont waste my time to call like this one . She said I dont tell you the emergency cases are terrible lady , I am moving out this apartment, so crazy customer services here .

        We been living in here for 15 yrs already and honestly the new manager here at woodman is the worst manager you ever encounter here.She doesnt do crap here!!!!!
