The Abington North Park

Dina was great really informative and helpful with the move in process and Ive been here for about a month and shes still really helpful with any questions or anything that I need help with here at apartment complex.

Beautiful property. Great common area and roof deck space. The open air atrium space outside your apartment door makes it feel like you're outside and not in an apartment building.

No parking at this mico-unit complex. $3800.00 for a 2 bed 1 bath micro-unit with NO parking - all street parking. This is North Park, there hasnt been parking for 10 years and now 20 new buildings have been constructed within 1/4 mile from here. This makes it difficult for all of us in the area to find parking. Im circling the block for 30min everyday looking for parking. Get an apartment with parking.

My girlfriend and I love our new place. We love that it is central to everything and we love the neighborhood. There's two parks nearby. The added security of a gated parking garage with cameras is a huge plus. Our decision to choose the Abington was solidified by the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Deena. She was professional but most of all, friendly from the moment we met her. Deena went above and beyond to give us a top-notch tour of the property, helping us discover our ideal living space. What truly sets Deena apart is her outstanding communication skills and genuine friendliness. Had she not been so easy to talk to and attentive to our needs, we might have considered other options. Deena took the time to listen and understand what we were looking for and made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. A big shoutout to Deena you're awesome! Thanks for making our move to the Abington a smooth experience!
