If ur call box doesn't work u need a 24 hour front desk. I shouldn't have wait 10 minutes while u talk to a potential tenant. U r screwing over drivers by not fixing your system for months and making very hard on ur tenants to order things. Do the right thing fix your call box or hire a 24-hour person that isn't a leasing agent.

After living here for 2 years, I can comfortably say this place is a catfish. Everything looks great when touring but it is awful. Elevators never work. Packages are always stolen and management does nothing to remedy. Maintenance staff has broken into my friends storage unit. No concierge as a cost cutting measure when much less expensive places have one. Upstairs tvs have been broken for a year. Pool is too cold for use 1/2 the year and they wont heat it. Dont fall for their showings. Everyone I know who lives/have lived here moved or is in the process. Not to a bigger unit or a better location but to get away from the management. With the rent they are asking, there are way to many issues. No one living here likes this place
