Hello, I’m leaving this negative review because today I had low water pressure, so I called a&g plumbing to figure out the issue. The guy came and did some tests and figured out that it was probably on the water districts end of things and to call them. It turned out that a water main had broken down the street. When I asked what I owed him for coming out and checking things, He charged me $200!!! For checking our water pressure!!! Absolutely insane price for being there less than an hour and not doing any actual maintenance. To me that just seems like a very unreasonable, unfair price and I was extremely disappointed that they would charge such an absorbent amount of money for such little work.
Edit: Yes, I understand he had to check the meter but $200 for that is excessively expensive and a complete rip off. He was there for about 45 minutes. He also never even warned me about how much it would cost. He could of said, I need to do this, but it is going to be X amount of money. I would of said no thanks. We don't just have $200 to throw around and it seems to me like you guys are taking advantage of people. It's a shame, because we have used you guys a lot in the past and have given you a lot of business, but definitively will not be using you guys again. Have a nice day!
