Wonderful service at a very reasonable price! Mr. Blaine was professional and friendly, not to mention, switched out my toilets with speed and expertise. I ordered two toilets from Home Depot and had them shipped. I put in a request for an installer at the local Home Depot. Blaine called on the phone within one minute of the Home Depot posting. He had the lowest price from those who provided a price in their emails. When the toilets arrived, I sent him a text message at 8:30 that night and he immediately replied with a proposed time. When he got here (on time) he went beyond the call of duty. He was there to simply install two toilets and haul off the old ones. The toilets had been delivered by Home Depot's delivery service the day before. When he opened the first box, the toilet was found to be shattered. He drove me over to the local Home Depot, where they replaced the toilet with one they had in stock. Blaine did all the muscle work at the store. We went back to the house and Blaine finished the installation. He did not charge me for the extra time he had to spend. From now on SOS Plumbing Company is going to get all my plumbing and related installation work. Service: Toilet installation
