A to Z Leak Detection

Very misleading website - if you call you get a regular plumber. They don't even do water restoration!!! They may be fine plumbers but definitely NOT "specialists" in leak detection.

A to Zeak Leak Detection were fast and efficient in finding and fixing our leak above our garage. It was hidden behind the ceiling and they found it and got it repaired within hours of being contacted.

Brandon contacted me promptly to set up an appointment for a contractor to come to our residence. On the day of the appointment, Nick contacted me to inform me of his ETA. Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment, he could not complete a full assessment due to our downstairs neighbors being unavailable. Nick was very understanding and more than willing to return another time. Upon his return visit, he was very thorough in his assessment and repair. I was kept informed of the findings and the progress of the repair. The work was completed the same day and we parted ways. However, the next day, my neighbor discovered that there was water still leaking into her unit. I contacted Nick and he quickly came to assess the situation. He made the necessary repairs and made sure the issue was rectified. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough. I understand that dealing with plumbing issues in a condominium unit can be challenging, but his level of customer service was stellar.
