Terrible customer service. I had a reservation, and they basically told me that they didnt have a car because the drop-off location was different and that I had to go to SAC airport. If you dont have a car available, dont allow your system and phone support to make that.

Customer service is great here, Kyle is very helpful and supportive, he really helped me out a lot. I have been renting on and off for two years from this location and Roseville.

All the people working at this location were above and beyond helpful. They had me in and out with lots of helpful information. If your need of a car go see Kyle, Nathan and Tyler to hook you. Thanks again guys
