I went in, we barter, they gave me a price.  I came back to buy the car and they raised the price and would not honor the price I was given. This is very dishonest. If you give a price, you honor it. They even wrote the price down on a piece of paper and said they would not honor any longer. It wasn't because my time is limited, but this was the price I was in German. I will not do business nor do I recommend doing business at town Ford that goes from the general manager to the whole sales department. Dishonesty is not a place I want to buy from.

Dropped our truck off for standard service. They told us the computer was throwing a couple fails and that they needed to keep the truck overnight to finish researching. The next day we called and texted and werent able to get an update on when we could get our truck back. So, were down a vehicle with no loaner, no eta on when the truck will be done and the service center will only send our calls to voicemail. Poor service and communication. Would not recommend the service center on Briar.

I was a first time car buyer and very nervous about the process. I wandered into Towne Ford and was immediately greeted by so many friendly faces. Juan Rodriquez guided me through my first car buying experience. He was more than happy to listen to all of my concerns and answer my many questions. He made the process very clear and took into account everything I wanted in a car. Juan helped me ensure that I was getting the absolute best car for my lifestyle. Manny worked so hard to get me the best possible deal and exceeded my expectations. It is very obvious that they care for their customers!! This is not to mention that all of the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. I am so grateful for Towne Ford for making my first car buying experience so stress free. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know and I will absolutely be back if I decide to buy another car in the future.
