I recently had the 60,000 miles maintenance performed on my 2020 Escape, at Downtown Ford on Howe Avenue. I appreciated the professional attention I received from Steven Bisordi, the service advisor, as well as from Emma, who picked up my car from home and returned it when the service was complete. I recommend this dealership to any Ford owner interested in a quality maintenance experience from a personal, professional and experienced staff.

Had great service with the guys at Downtown Ford on Howe Ave. Especially my service advisor 984464 - Charles. He was exceptional and very helpful. He stayed communicative and it didn't take long for my vehicle to get serviced which was a huge plus!!!

Excellent no nonsense dealing and service with Moukda at downtown ford dealership. She was awesome in responding to my requests and getting us the car we wanted. Absolutely a no pressure, consultative, experience to find the right car.

Moukda is very professional and loves to help her customers, she is very outgoing and makes you feel comfortable and welcoming. She made me feel like she was really helping me and educating me into getting a good deal.
