        They are a bit expensive but they also have a 5 yr warranty on their work for a replacement Fuel pump. It 2as worth it to me and they offer to pick you up when your vehicle is ready. Very nice and professional!. Thank you so much.

        I just had the best service experience with Charlie! My car was involved in a crash and I was calling to bring it in for repairs. Charlie took the time to kindly and thoughtfully help me navigate the process and explained it thoroughly. He went above and beyond to ask me questions about my situation, make sure I understood who is licensed to do what work on my car, what the process could be working with insurance and advice on how to handle my repairs. I want to note that as a woman and a non-expert on cars, I never once in our conversation felt talked down to or dismissed. Experiencing a car crash is stressful and having this kind of service experience helped relieve some of that stress and helped me to make the informed choices for myself. Thank you Charlie!
