Wow!a real real real estate professional.Ken is the real deal .He is Tru Blu,and extremely intelligent on all matters but his real estate expertise is beyond superior. Ken Patterson is realtor of the year in My book.He has been in real estate for many decades.you can not find the combo of good and experienced.You would not believe my other experiences with the others.yikes.kinda disappointing.ken is faboulas and he is down to earth which is a pun because he sells earth.!! Anyway,if your looking for a reference on Ken,he is the best,most knowledgeable,most intelligent,kindest,most patient,hard working, motivated, accurate,go above and beyond,well rounded,friendliest in the world.as you can tell we are very impressed and that hardly ever happens.thanks for taking the time to find the best and read this Dan and Lisa Brown

I am so happy there is a venue I can go to, so I can share how Ken Patterson has been so helpful to me.
I retired a little over a year ago and was looking to invest some of the money I received. I called the real estate number given on a piece of property in Yucaipa. He (Ken) did not hesitate in the least, came quickly and showed me different properties also.
I have never met a real estate guy that is so easy to talk to and so kind. My husband has been so impressed with Ken. Let me say this, my husband is not easily impressed.
We have been using Ken since the first encounter of meeting him.
We call him on things that have no concern to him--he gives us advice or directs us to people who can help us.
We will always call Ken when selling or purchasing any property. I know he prefers commercial, but has also helped us with other investments.
So "BRAVO KEN."
