We initially worked with Sharad and then our home hunt was taken up by Venkat. Though working with Venkat was good, he was patient enough to show all the homes we were looking for, but the overall experience doesn't stand to what was promised or expected. While the initial discussion with Sharad we were told we would get last month's rent reimbursed for our rental lease where we were living then.
However, when the time has come Venkat was asking us to check with Sharad. When checking with Sharad, he then said that the reimbursement scheme was canceled and the sad part is we were not even informed of the change. Moreover, they were not responsive to phone calls or emails.
Also, they take 3.5% while most others take less than that (typically 2.5%), though as a buyer we agreed to, it kind of. Most sad part was our sale price was increased by 1% to accommodate this extra realtor's cost, so instead of the seller covering our paperwork cost, all that increase in 1% went to filling 'Your home sold guarantee' pockets. We really felt cheated at that point, and we had to put out of pocket for all the closing costs. All in all, we lost close to $20k working with 'Your home sold guarantee.' Just do your due research and as a buyer just go find a better realtor."

Unprofessional and cheap service. I will never recommend this realtor to anyone. They do very little to sell your home. Plus they charge you if you want to break sale agreement early for not doing good job to sell your property. Delaying my release of sale agreement even though I paid in person some made up bill for $66. No one is returning my calls. Filed complaints with Better Business Bureau and State Dept of Real Estate.
