This review is about Mr. Bill Chan, a realtor& landlord in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Chan is obsessively rude. Mr. Chan does not respond to tenant repairs within required legal time frames. Whenever Mr. Chan is faced with tenant rights & laws and legal professionals, he retaliates by being rude and disrespectful. Mr. Chan always attempts to take the least cost effective route to remedy repairs which usually prolongs the repair issues or dont solve them at all. Mr. Chan also loathes his role as property manager; he attempts to push property management responsibility onto the tenant.

I understand why Cam Thompson is the top producer, his assistant, Danielle is very efficient and thorough. Cam is people oriented. My client loved the quick escrow.
