The doctors are amazing but the staff especially the one receiving calls is absolutely rude. She said they would call to confirm the appointments the day before and my appointment was marked confirmed but I have not received a phone call the day before my appointment. I agree with the other people who reviewed here that there has to be a change of staff or at least train them to act better. Shes so disrespectful.

Dr. Huang is extremely dismissive of lip & tongue ties, claiming he doesnt believe in them despite repeated issues with breastfeeding & confirmation from a lactation consultant. He laughed and waved off my concerns saying the hospitals LC will claim that every baby has a lip or tongue tie anyway. Hes quick to suggest formula so exclusive breastfeeding moms, he may not be the best pediatrician for you.

The doctors are great, but they have to change staff in the main office. They are extremely rude. They never answer the phones and if they do, they don't even greet you, they just say, could you please hold and leave you on hold for minutes? I just hung up the phone after waiting 22 minutes for them to answer my call to reschedule my son's appointment. I bring my son from Pasadena to Pomona just because I like the doctor, but now I see that it's not worth it, since I can never communicate with them or schedule an appointment. The staff is extremely rude. Front stuff need a customer service training.

Best doctor my kids ever had!! I highly recommend this doctor. I've been taking my kids here since either young age or since birth. The staff are very kind and friendly and helpful. Yes this is appointment only but only because they have a lot of patients to see but they are very professional and helpful. Not only is Dr Huang but the other doctor as well is very understanding and helpful to my questions and they give referrals if my kids need it. I have been coming here for almost 13 years now and I will never change doctors even if I move. . . The drive is worth it. I don't understand why other people have bad reviews on them when they treat my kids very. My kids also love coming here.
