Chaparral medical group

This is the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever experienced. Additionally, His front desk medical assistants are highly incompetent, does not accurately relay time sensitive medical information to the doctor. If your life depended on it, avoid this place at all costs.

Dr. Miriam Schmidt is a good kids doctor but she gets frustrated with active children. She see's 2 patients at a time. She recommends to do blood work every year and suggest you go to another city but you could go in Pomona.

I was caller no. 15. After 45 minutes, I was caller no. 1. I was caller no. 1 for another 45 minutes until an agent answered my call and placed me hold after I explain my issues. The agent returned to me and said that they cant find my doctor and asked me to leave my number for them to call me.

Terrible attention by phone with two different offices then I will call other medical group, I am guessing whose attending the phone don't make good money Sorry for that but the company's lost money this way
