Veterans, if you are in need of QTC medical care, do not go to this site. I saw two doctors who both were unprofessional and disinterested in helping with your medical needs. I would recommend if you are a veteran, go somewhere else. In particular, do not see the audiologist, J. Rosario Gonzalez; when I saw her, she kept interrupting me and was talking over me. At one point, she made fun of me by speaking so low that I could not hear due to my hearing loss, which her VA exam confirmed. She kept doing this to either frustrate me or because she did not believe me. Later, she became upset because I made an innocent comment and started raising her voice. Overall, I found her emotional and unprofessional because she either would not listen to me or would talk over me. In my opinion, J Rosario Gonzalez should not be serving veterans. She does not represent QTC well or the medical profession.

I was sent here from the VA for a reevaluation of medical connections from my service in the military. Especially during COVID times in person appointments can be a little uneasy, but the staff was very friendly and thorough. You call the front desk when you're outside and they meet you outside to take your temperature to ensure safety. After my temperature was taken I was escorted into the lobby where I was given paperwork to fill out. Both the medical assistants Helida and Tawnee made the office very comfortable and welcoming. Especially for someone that is not comfortable in new areas. Which made the visit with Dr. Abejuela all more comfortable, who was understanding and empathetic. I definitely recommend this office for all Veterans who want a comfortable welcoming experience.

Staff is very friendly and takes safely seriously during these times. Need to call ahead before going to door, they will open all doors for you as well. Doctor was empathetic and didnt try to brush issues off. Took about 3 hours total although I needed xrays and a PFT, doctor exam was about 30 minutes.

Quality, Timeliness, Customer Service (QTC) provided me with horrible service on (2) separate occasions during my VA C & P Exams. The QTC provider, PA Dau, was discriminative, dishonest, and unprofessional. The first time I completed an exam with PA Dau she did not evaluate me. In addition, PA Dau did not provide a copy of my completed Questionnaire and the medical history of my condition to the VA. Furthermore, the VA decreased my rating and I had to get a second opinion from a different specialist to have the VA increase my rating again after PA Dau's dishonest error.Moreover, I saw PA Dau on a second occasion for a different condition. Because of PA Dau's unprofessional behavior during my first C & P Exam, I filed a complaint against PA Dau before the second exam was administered. PA Dau got extremely upset with me and PA Dau deliberately performed (2) evaluations incorrectly. While administering the first test, PA Dau completed a goniometer measurement while I was wearing my brace. During the second test, PA Dau gave a hard tug on my right knee brace and caused me extreme pain. When I questioned why she was performing the evaluations this way, PA Dau told me to just answer her questions or she would cancel the examination. I had to get a second opinion for this exam as well. I reported PA Dau's discriminative, dishonest, and unprofessional behavior to QTC. QTC sent me a follow up letter, "stating that my concerns are receiving QTC's full attention and if I had any additional questions or concerns I could contact (800) 682-9701. I followed up with QTC and I left messages for Ms. Jaurez but she has not returned my phone calls.
