This is the only boarding facility that's cage free which is good for my kitties because they need the room to move around. It's like a second home to them, and built with cat psychology in mind. Love this place.

I think there must have been a change in management/owners. I have been taking my cats here for years and have always had a great experience. However, 3 months ago i took my cats and my female cat came home lethargic and would not eat. I was told she may have gotten a salmon bone from the food of another cat stuck in her throat. After 3 vet visits she did recover. I decided to give them another chance and took my male cat back. I went to pick him up yesterday and was told he hadn't been groomed. The groomer convinced me to let them keep him overnight so he could groom him today. I went to pick him up today they tried to give me the wrong cat. None of the cats had name collars and they tried to convice me I was wrong about my own cat. NOT ACCEPTABLE. When they located my cat I was told they still had not groomed him. My cat was also extremely lethargic and does not seem his usual happy self. Plus....I think he might have fleas....he has never ever had fleas....has never been outside. Never again. Sad to have to post this.
