Unbelievabley amazing! My dog is always excited to go. I know for a fact he is in good hands and gets to play and socialize in the yard all day! Thank you so much to Mike and Nestor for caring for our dogs!

I called to inquire about training services since the website isnt too clear on what youll be shelling out after evaluation. I called and was excited to speak directly to Nestor. When I asked what the general starting price points were after the evaluation for my 9 month old he seemed to get upset and said he cant tell me anything until evaluation and check his website. Okay, understood. I politely explained it wasnt too clear how large of an investment the next steps would be and I wanted to know a starting point so I could make an informed decision. He re-directed me to his website again although I had already mentioned I had been there twice. I explained I was just trying to get some info to pull the trigger on the proper training program. Wow, Nestor was quick to raise his voice to tell me he valued his time and was worth the money and that he wouldnt be able to tell me anything until after an evaluation. I tried to explain I wasnt sure if it was in the range of $1,000-$8,000, as there are many options on the website. He repeated thats whats the evaluation was for. I dont know what your dog needs! I dont know if your dog gets along with dogs, people, crates, boarding, etc.! The guy came off incredibly rude and pompous to a potential client asking basic questions. You dont treat people the way you did Nestor. Why would anyone spend their money here? Check out Claraa review below to see another example of this crazy rude owner.

Have taken our dogs here for a long time but there was one incident where another dog at there location tried to attack ours with Sarah doing nothing to keep our pets safe ( keep in mind our dog is 1/8 the size of the other dog). Her solution to the problem was to let us go as clients even though our dog was not the violent one and is actually trained and certified. Sarah also complained how she told us 5 mins before our appointment via text that we should rebook later before showing up because she knew that dog was violent but says it was just being just anxious which it wasn't ( keep in mind this violent dog still goes to this location and the other woman could barely hold the dog who she was yelling at the entire time) If you value your pets safety and want to go to a place that is more reasonably price I recommend Hollywood Dog in Leduc.
