Clean, well stocked rooms. Clean and appealing grounds and pool. Staff are so friendly!!! Only thing to change from our perspective is that it would be nice if the gym opened a bit earlier :)

Overall the resort looks pleasant on the exterior. The check-in process, room cleanliness, and lukewarm water left us unenthused.
They call a day before to ask what your room preference is but at check-in, we were told it did not matter because they can't guarantee it, and because we didn't have status they could not give us an available room upstairs even though they had some before all guests checked in.
We asked for a quiet room downstairs, and ended up in the corner front right next to the main road. As cars drove by we could feel road vibrations while in bed.
Cherry on top was getting ready for dinner when all 4 adults wanted to shower and the water reached a barely luke warm state.
Rooms: Outdated. Kind of clean, I think. There was dirt on the tile floors as we walked in that you could feel and see, so it made me question the overall cleanliness. The hallway closet had a vacuum that I used to clean the floors myself.
Safety: Resort gates closed at 10 which prevents random wonderers onto property.
Walkability: Short walk to the strip and other shopping centers for coffee and snacks.

Vista Mirage is outstanding value for your dollar. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The entire property is very well maintained and it is clear staff take pride in their work. It is also clear that property management cares about guests and the property.
The main bedroom and ensuite are roomy. The living room area and kitchen provide adequate space for four people to feel comfortable. The ice maker in the fridge is a bonus.
The pools are always clean and warm, and the barbecues are spotless and work well.
Vista Mirage is in a very central location and it is a five minute walk for groceries, pharmacy and liquor. It is only a 30 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs.
Our flight home was significantly delayed and Nolan and David in guest services were very accommodating and incredibly helpful.

I can honestly say that after being condoshare honors for over 40 years that the staff here is the most accommodating we have ever had. Everything we asked about or requested was taken care of immediately! Our unit is very spacious and perfect for our family.
