The rooms need to be deep cleaned for sure. There were a couple of unidentifiable stains on a number of surfaces in a number of the rooms. The staff is incredibly hard-working, kind and do their best to meet guests needs. I was there for a private event and we are a pretty high needs crowd. The space is amazing and the addition of all the humming birds made it magical for me. The reality check is that it is a commercial property located in a residential area in Palm Springs. If you've never been to Palm Springs before, there are a couple of things you'll notice once you get there. There are no buildings over two or three stories tall, everything is desert-scaped... not very many lush green front yards, it's hella quiet, and everyone lives in pretty much a compound like house situation. So having a commercial venue in the residential neighborhood where they actually measure noise by decimal level can be a bit of a damper. Outside of that, Tuscany Manor is an awesome place and I had an amazing time there

It's a vacation in a vacation if you stay here while in Palm Springs. I really enjoyed the laidback and relaxing layout of the courtyard! And how open and friendly the other guests were! House keepping was so good at what they do I didn't realize until the 3rd day that they existed! P.s apologies I never intended to give 1 star... Rooms: Drain was clogged I'm the sink, and garbage disposal didn't dispose lol. But the rooms are homely and habe a kitchenette.... That's unbeatable to me! Nearby activities: Every Thursday there is a street vendor market, Give it a gander. I doubt you'll be disappointed
