Very nice hotel, close to the mall and easy to find food

Great customer service. My suitcase was damaged somewhere between Aspen Co. and Sydney, Australia. The claim was sorted and settled pretty quickly and without fuss.

Employees are not the most friendly.

Open hours is 5am-8pm. Here on a Saturday morning 7:48am. Its closed. Tried calling no support available.
