Do NOT go, dirty, broken seal on window, BED BUGS FOUND here. very bad conditions unlike photos!!!!! Not the place for you RUN!!!!!

Very rundown, stains on curtains, door knob to the bathroom barely hanging on, 2 TV's not working, window had no screens...I am a Bonvoy member and I was very disappointed with this property. Will not book here again.

Very dated property. My brand new Tumi bag bumped into the ottoman and the fake leather from the ottoman was then on my Tumi bag. The set is was so weird. The couch was in the middle of the room. I actually moved it because the couch was about 18 inches from the TV. But that issue was easily solved. The door to the main building was broken so for breakfast or to use the gym you had to walk all the way around. I wouldnt recommend this place. I am Platinum elite and stay in a lot of rooms but this is not a place I would return to.

Booked a room here for one night!! The room they gave us initially the front door key reader was broke. So we struggled until we realized that it wouldnt open. We went to the office and they insisted they had no knowledge of the door reader being broken. Went to room 2021 and it was filthy there was a condominium wrapper by the bed on the floor!!! We called and they had the audacity to say the manager is in a meeting! How professional is that. Any excuse not to send some one up to check the situation out and address it. Never stay here they dont clean their rooms and communication is horrible. Room is not worth the price. Courtyard is with the money Residence inn is a total rip off. These are all health issues blood exposed on the mattress!!!! Idk what the previous guest had . This is unacceptable and health department will be notified. Serious matter
