        We have been using this dry cleaning company for many, many years and they have always been the picture of reliability and professionalism. They consistently offer wonderful customer service and their skills as dry cleaners are unmatched. If ever we have needed an item expedited, they have always been very accommodating. It is important to note that when an item is promised by a certain day, it is ready by the END of that day as noted on the receipt. This is the case with nearly every alterations and dry cleaning company I have ever used so this isn't an unusual way of operating, in my opinion. We will continue to support and recommend this business to our friends and neighbors.

        I left my daughter's comforter for cleaning last week while she was home from college because it would be ready on Sat before she had to return to school. The ticket said "Saturday" on it but it was not ready as promised. My daughter was very unhappy to go back to school without her comforter.
